Four Living Creatures Reflect Christ
Revelation 4:6 Before the throne there was a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back. 7 The first living creature was like a lion, the second living creature like a calf, the third living creature had a face like a man, and the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle.
These four Living creatures around the throne cant but reflect the LORD. Each one perfectly summarizing the Person of Jesus found in the gospels. God inspired four writers to give truthful, insights into who He is. Jesus is King of kings. Jesus is the Servant of all. Jesus is a Man. Jesus is God. All four are needed to accurately know the person of Christ. Now, personally, when we spend time around Christ, in His word, in His presence, we too will reflect Him and glorify Him in our lives. People wont see us but see Jesus. Stick closely to Jesus and you too will reflect Him before a needy broken world.
