Battle & Build

Jude 3 Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

Jude wanted to talk about our common salvation we all share as believers in Jesus yet had to address the pink elephant in the room. These false teachers had been spreading lies about the LORD and His word. Jude says Contend for the faith. There are times we must battle. The faith of Christ is worth this fight. Stand for truth or fall for everything else. Good things dont come easy. The struggle against the grain is everyday evident. Our faith is worth standing for and defending. Its the difference between heaven & hell. To stay quiet and not put up resistance to false teachings will only allow satan to do what he does best, steal, kill, & destroy. My brother & sisters are worth the battle for their souls. I can pray a little longer for them, I can do a little more for them, and I can stand in the gap at my expense a little more for them, for according to Jesus, they are valuable enough that blood was shed for them.
