Who is Really in Control?
Luke 2:1 And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered.
How inconvenient of Caesar. Governments can be a drag sometimes. They often dont reflect nor care about your best interests. And because of that, you get bent out of shape and focus your energies upon them. This is a trap in my opinion. Im not saying don't get involved but just how you get involved makes all the difference. The first thing any Christian must do, is get our eyes upon Jesus! We must realize and truly trust God is in full control. He exalts kings and brings them low. The same God who placed king David upon the throne and Trump as our president also allowed king Manassah (evil king) and Biden for a season. You will most likely never understand it but try to imagine all the people's and nations under God's direction at any given day? This minor hicup by Caesar would actually be the catalyst to bringing Gods Son into the world according to His word!
I dont need to approve or disapprove anyone. All I must do is trust a faithful God who is all powerful. Look what He did in Nebuchadnezzer?

I love to trust in our King when the world seems to be pressing down on us. I love working in the kingdom of God. Walking in His Spirit. When we trust in Jesus, we can see God working in all the things your are talking about.
