Worry Adds No Value To Us
Luke 12:25 And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
Jesus states the obvious yet man still tries to prove this wrong. Worry will never solve our problems. It has zero value to our lives. It is no good every time. Even physical exercise has a little value according to the word of God. There is no value in worry & anxiety. Its actually proven to hurt us. Worry is the opposite of faith.
Since it has no value, lets keep this in mind the next time worry confronts us. There will be thousands of opportunities, and that is just in a day at times. I choose faith and trust in the Faithful LORD.
