Why are We Overcomers?
1 John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
Lets just start off saying, we are not the strength of this relationship between us and God. Its not my great discipline or my great devotion to God. Its not my vast biblical knowledge. The only reason we are Overcomers is because of Gods Spirit living in us! Overcomers means victory. My victory is Jesus! There isn't really a counter part to God. Satan isn't Gods opposite. God is Almighty Creator. Satan is a created being. Me plus God makes a majority.

We have overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. We have no power or authority on our own. As it has been from the beginning, so it is now. Every gift, ability, and strength we have comes from our Creator. . . because He lives and He loves.
