Support Missions for Christ

3 John 5 Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you do for the brethren and for strangers, 6 who have borne witness of your love before the church. If you send them forward on their journey in a manner worthy of God, you will do well, 7 because they went forth for His name’s sake, taking nothing from the Gentiles. 8 We therefore ought to receive such, that we may become fellow workers for the truth.

The Christian life is to be prudent and wise on whom we give our God given time, talent, & treasure to. However, make no mistake by being walled in. Don't be so burnt by false agendas that you don't support Gods agenda. God's agenda is the advancement of the Kingdom of Christ, saving sinners, for precious time is running out. Every fiber of my being is given over to this cause. I love to give in any area that my LORD is involved. I have never regretted this in my 29 years of serving Jesus. In fact, God has poured out many more times over blessings in my life due to this. We cant out give God. God uses His resources thru His body, the church, to support His work. I find it very disingenuous to beg and plead from an unbeliever to support Gods work! It not only sends the wrong message but its not biblical. God came to give not take!
