How Christians Overcome
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Now, in context, these are tribulation saints or even possibly Israel believers. Yet, the statement is true across the board. Even the church now would be wise to heed this. The blood of Jesus, Gods word alive in them living it out, losing ones life for Christ. For us now, our old man is dead and behold all things have been made new. We are born again of Gods Spirit. We belong to God. We are now the temple of the Holy Spirit. We no longer are lovers of self but lovers of God and others. These three still govern us today. How has your life been impacted from these?
