Jesus' 1st Miracle

John 2:11 This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him. 

John is speaking of Jesus' 1st recorded miracle.  It is interesting to me that he performs it and blesses a marriage.  God is the only One who can bless a marriage.  He commands them to fill up the water pots.  Then He turns the water into wine, the best tasting freshest wine ever.  Lots of questions to the process He made it wine and was it fermented?  Most wines were cut or the alcohol content diluted because the wine made in bible times was 5-8% alcohol content max.  But then they cut it down from there to 2-3%.  This is a proven fact.  Today, fortified wines can get up to 25%.  
Here are the fruits to Jesus' miracle.  Jesus was glorified due to this meaning only a divine act of God could of performed this and His disciples believed in Him.  Now, miracles never ground our faith.  They do help point to the One in whom to believe however.  The Miracle worker has just revealed Himself to those whom placed themselves around Him.  Do I place myself around the Miracle worker today? He hasnt stopped wanting to manifest His glory.  There is so much more Jesus is doing and I want to be a witness to them.
