Satan Bound For 1000 Years

Revelation 20:1 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; 3 and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.

The only time we saw a world without Satan's deceptions was back in the garden of Eden. After Christs 2nd coming, He will establish His rule and reign for a 1000 years. This is truly the Golden Age. This business about Satan must happen because Jesus isn't going to be competing for anyone's attention. Satan cant behave. Satan is a judged for awaiting his final place of torment in the lake of fire. As much as I hate that he is only chained for 1000 years before a short release, it makes perfect sense for a Holy God to allow all those whom lived and reproduced during this time to be given a meaningful choice of their own. Our amazing God never steam rolls our choice. He will honor it in fact. He did not design robots but willing vessels to enjoy fellowship with. I cant speak for anyone else, but I believe you are like me, I'm here because I want to be! I have counted this worlds passing goods as loss for the privilege to follow Jesus Christ. If I stacked all this world has to offer next to Christ, there is no comparison. Christ wins every time.
