Is There Help in God?
Psalm 3:1 LORD, how they have increased who trouble me! Many are they who rise up against me. 2 Many are they who say of me,“There is no help for him in God.”
This is the faulty assumption of unbelievers in God. They assume that the God we live for, Who loves us greatly, is all made up. They only use their failing natural senses to discern truth from a lie. When evil thinks it can harm without consequence, there is no low to what it will do. The enemy rises up against us weak believers thinking we can be eliminated. Yet God is alive in us! God reigns us! All who trust in the LORD will never be ashamed we just read. The enemy doesnt let up but one day he will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Never to harm again. There is help for us who believe and call upon His name.
