In Jesus is found All
Acts 17:28 for in Him we live and move and have our being
Paul was a well educated man, not only in Judism, but apparently philosophy of sorts. He quotes one of their Athenian poets, Epimenidas of Crete. The guy didn't know anything about God, as far as I can tell, but Paul attributes this to Jesus! In Jesus I live. I was dead until Jesus! His resurrection life made me alive. I thought I knew what living was, sinning and all, but now I truly know and experience life.
In Jesus I move! I'm no longer stagnate or idle. I'm no longer sinking in the pit Ive created for myself. I'm walking forward, making ground forward. With every setback, Jesus empowers me at least 10 steps forward. Jesus made me win the battle of the line of scrimmage.
In Jesus, I have my being! My personality is made by Him. My character is made in Him. Every breathe, every fiber of my being is found in Jesus!
Volumes can be written about this one phrase. I just want to say this, In Jesus holds the key to everything I need in life!

Amen. In Him ALL things consist.
Everything is made for Him and by Him all things consist. Everything is held together by word of His power. Jesus is all powerful, and yet He looks upon each of us in love and compassion.
