All Hinges upon Jesus' Resurrection

Acts 17:32  And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked, while others said, “We will hear you again on this matter.”

Paul spoke of the resurrection of Christ all the time.  It was and is the central message of the gospel.  I totally understand that a dead guy cant save anyone.  Some mocked at the idea that God would die and be resurrected.  What kind of god dies?  Super hero's never die, imaginations of idols never die off.  But God, left His throne, the true living God, became a Man ( a child at that), lived a holy  sinless life, suffered a horrible death, placed in a sealed tomb, and rose from the dead 3 days later.  The resurrection proves Jesus' sacrifice was perfect & sinless.  
Now, this second group isn't any better really.  They put him off until another time.  I'm sure, this time never came!  Today is the day of salvation!  We are not guaranteed tomorrow.  The resurrection of Christ doesn't need to be mocked or put off.  It must be accepted.  If you believe in your hearts that God has raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved!  LORD, I need Your resurrection power today.  I believe!  I trust!
