God Gifts Us Regardless of Us
1 Sam 10:10 When they came there to the hill, there was a group of prophets to meet him; then the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.
Spiritual gifts are truly amazing experiences. They are a must in the body of Christ and we should desire to have them to minister Jesus. I do think the majority of the church neglects the gifts or worse rejects them. I also see the abuse of the gifts by the church. Why cant we just be normal? Seek God, desire what God wants us to experience, and just believe the Bible? Don't get weird as the church in Corinth got with them. They are gifts, given by God, for His purposes. I have attended churches that put spiritual eliteisms upon those who operated in such. The accurate term for these spiritual gifts are spirituals. They are graces given to us. Nothing we did or deserve. Saul prophesied! He experienced Godly giftings. We see what kind of person he truly was. He had good days of course. Point is, just because someone operates in Godly giftings doesn't make them Jesus! We should desire gifts from God. Do you desire Gods gifting? Today, have you asked for His Holy Spirits outpouring in your life?

Saul is forthtelling God's word, rather than foretelling events as Samuel did. It demonstrates how God can transform an ordinary person to a chosen leader. God’s empowerment is based on His divine choice and timing.
