Chosen to Know, See, & Hear God
Acts 22:14 Then he said, ‘The God of our fathers has chosen you that you should know His will, and see the Just One, and hear the voice of His mouth.
Paul was a murderer of Gods people. He hated Jesus and all He stood for! Yet Jesus loves him. Jesus called him, and us also, to know Him. Have a personal relationship with God, as a son or daughter to a Father. God has called Paul to physically see Him. Now we will see Him face to face soon, but we are called to see Him in ways we know its Him. See His Spirit working in us and around us. Our Spiritual eyes should see Him! As born again believers, we can see Him now! We are called to hear His voice. Jesus said, His sheep hear His voice. Sometimes, we don't hear due to distractions but if we are not born again, we cant hear Him unless He opens our Spiritual ears. We all have natural senses, but those are diametrically opposed to God. We must have spiritual senses! These only come from the Spirit as He makes us alive. We live because He lives.
LORD, You have given me these senses, but today, please pour out Your Spirit upon me and quicken my spiritual senses.
